Standard Return Policy

  • If, for any reason, you are not 100 per cent satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging with appropriate original documentation within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items discounted 33% or more are Final Sale.
  • Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any item that has been modified (resized) or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

We want to ensure your shopping experience is as simple as possible. That is why we are pleased to offer delivery to your door or pick up in store options.

Estimated Delivery

  • Shipment depends on stock availability (up to four weeks)
  • If sizing is required please add one week to the delivery schedule
  • Please allow seven (7) business days for delivery once item has been shipped
  • All orders will only be shipped to your shipping address
  • For your protection all online purchases will be shipped FedEx or Canada Post
  • Standard shipping cost ($20) applies to all orders under $99 - This fee is non-refundable
  • Only the person whose name appears in the Ship To address will have permission to pick up the order and must provide photo ID at time of pick up
  • No orders will be shipped outside of Canada

Ship to Store Pick Up

  • Your order will only be shipped to your preferred store location
  • ​Shipment depends on stock availability (up to four weeks)
  • If sizing is required please add one week to the shipment schedule
  • Ship to store cost is free of charge
  • ​For discretion, you will be notified via email that your order is ready for pick up
  • Only the person whose name appears on the order will have permission to pick up the order and must provide photo ID at time of pick up

These special pieces are made just for you! The additional time required is to ensure we create your personalized jewellery to your exacting specifications.

Special Orders

If you purchase an item that is back-ordered, or special order, you will be contacted by our customer service department via email or phone confirming estimated delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Ben Moss Jewellers containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Your tracking number can also be found on the Order Status page on benmoss.com.

Returning Your Online Order

1) Return to Store

You may return your purchase in its original condition and packaging with appropriate original documentation within 30 days of the date of purchase or shipment to a Ben Moss location near you. 

2) Return to Warehouse

Purchases made online can be returned to the warehouse. To arrange a return to warehouse, please contact a customer service agent at 1-888-332-4276 ext 154 (Monday to Friday 8:30am -5pm AST). A customer service agent will validate your purchase and qualification for return. You may return your online purchase back to our warehouse in its original condition and packaging with appropriate original documentation within 30 days of the date of purchase or shipment. Items discounted 33% or more are FINAL SALE. For online warehouse returns, a confirmation email will be sent when your item has been received at the warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How to package your return

  • Include your receipt and packing slip
  • Circle items your are returning
  • Contact FedEx or Canada Post for parcel pick-up. Completely fill out the courier-shipping label
  • Pack items as received, with all receipts, warranties and appraisal cards inside the courier box
