Special Orders & Back Orders

All orders containing back-ordered or special orders (ie: non-stocked ring sizes) will be shipped dependent on our vendor’s production schedules. If your order includes an item which is back-ordered or qualifies as a special order you will be contacted by our customer service department, via email, confirming estimated delivery date. Your confirmation will be required to proceed with the order. For orders that contain both in stock and special order items, the entire order will be shipped together upon our receipt of the special order item(s). Transit time will follow the time frame outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Once your confirmation is received your credit card will be charged. You will receive email confirmation advising when the order has arrived at our facility and is ready to ship. If you choose not to wait for the item to be brought in we will cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.
