For a limited time, all Canada Post Xpresspost and Ship to Store orders will receive free shipping on orders over $99, before taxes.
All orders requesting Canada Post Priority Post shipping and also those orders shipping within the U.S. via FedEX will be charged the fees specified during your check out.
All in-stock orders placed before 12 Noon CST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be filled and leave our facility within two to three business days. In the event that your order cannot be shipped within the specified time frame, you will be contacted within three business days informing you of the reason for the delay and expected shipping date. If you wish to cancel your order, you must respond within 48 hours, otherwise your order will be shipped by the date specified.
Family Jewellery and Initial jewellery - Family jewellery and Initial jewellery are a special order and will be shipped three to four weeks after receipt of order. Please note that neither of these categories are eligible for ship to store delivery.
Orders with multiple items may ship from different locations and may ship separately.
Transit time will vary dependent on the ship to location and the Canada Post delivery method (Canadian orders) you have selected.
The following are the estimated delivery schedules based on delivery to a major centre.
- Priority Post – once it leaves our facility it will be tagged for next day morning delivery
- Xpresspost - once it leaves our facility it will be an additional business day
- Ship to Store - once it leaves our facility it will be an additional 3 to 4 business days. NOTE: Orders containing Internet Exclusives or family jewellery are not eligible for ship to store delivery.
On all orders shipped to a Ben Moss store, it is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment on Canada Post’s website to determine when the order is delivered to the store. Stores do not call to confirm order has arrived. Only the person whose name appears in the Ship To address will be allowed to pick up the order and must provide Photo ID at time of pick up.
Any areas outside a major centre will take approximately five business days from the day it leaves our facility.
For U.S. orders, transit time will vary dependent on Fed Ex delivery schedules to your area. Should U.S. Customs decide to inspect your package, this may add an additional day. Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email confirmation advising you it is now en route.
All orders containing back-ordered or special orders (ie: non-stocked ring sizes) will be shipped dependent on our vendor's production schedules. If your order includes an item which is back-ordered or qualifies as a special order you will be contacted by our customer service department, via email, confirming estimated delivery date. Your confirmation will be required to proceed with the order. For orders that contain both in stock and special order items, the entire order will be shipped together upon our receipt of the special order item(s). Transit time will follow the time frame outlined above.
Once your confirmation is received your credit card will be charged. You will receive email confirmation advising when the order has arrived at our facility and is ready to ship. If you choose not to wait for the item to be brought in we will cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged.
Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are calculated based on the order total, shipping destination and shipping method. All charges are fully disclosed on your final order screen during the order placement process. The shipping, handling and applicable taxes will be shown in the shopping cart after you have entered a shipping destination and chosen your shipping method. For U.S. orders any additional fees resulting with cross border shipping are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. duty, state taxes, etc).

Please note that benmoss.com requires an adult (over the age of 18) to sign for receipt of the package.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received it and you will also be given an order number in case you need to further reference the order. This order confirmation will recap what you ordered and the amount that will be charged to your credit card. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact our customer service representatives at 1-888-BEN-MOSS (1-888-236-6677). Your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed as available to ship or we have received confirmation to proceed in the event of a back-order or special order item.
Reasons that may cause a delay:
- Order is pending approval and verification from your credit card company
- We are currently out of stock on one or more of your ordered items
- You have ordered a ring that is a special order
- An order which is being shipped outside of Canada
