Shopper's Mall, MB: My daughter received a necklace for Valentine's Day from her boyfriend. The clasp broke so we brought it back to have it fixed. I was pleased with the customer service, as they simply replaced the item on the spot! No hassle. I was also pleased with the service, as sometimes teenagers are not always treated as well as adults when dealing in such situations, but they were treated with respect. The ladies were friendly and efficient. Wonderful service both in person and on-line. You will be getting all my business from now on. I will also recommend you to friends and family.

Champlain Place, NB: We visit this store every time we happen to be in the neighborhood. The sales associates are always ready to serve with a hello and how are you. They are always ready to show me what's new in the store as well as the items that I somehow keep going over to see again. I think they must have a list of my preferences hidden somewhere (hahaha). The merchandise selection is perfect! I wish I had more fingers to wear all the rings I like!

Mic Mac Mall, NS: I just wanted to say that I have shopped at many different jewellery stores over the years and have never found any customer service that I would even put on the same level as what Ben Moss offers. The sales team is extremely helpful, always attentive, knowledgable, friendly and truly exemplary. When I go to other jewellery stores, the sales people stand around and have a look on their face as if they are hoping you don't ask them for any assistance. The sales staff at Ben Moss are eager to help and have provided me with great service countless times. In a society where customer service is dwindling it is truly refreshing to encounter a sales team that remembers your face and does their very best to ensure you always leave satisfied.

Mic Mac Mall, NS: I purchased a Christmas gift from this store, but required the item to be resized. Due to timing it was not going to be sent for resizing until the following week and would not be ready when I had hoped. The sales associate worked her magic and was able to get a very quick turn around (literally at the last minute). At all times she and the rest of the staff were friendly and exceptionally accommodating. This is a perfect example of customer support and why I will continue to be a loyal patron of this business. Simply put, Ben Moss staff encourage repeat customers with their in-depth knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to provide top-notch service.

Halifax Shopping Centre, NS: I was at the local mall doing some last minute shopping before Christmas. I wanted to get something special for my nieces and decided on some 'real' jewellery. I had visited 5 jewellers beforehand not finding anything that I thought was special. When I entered your store I was greeted with a smile by the sales associate even though she was assisting another customer. As soon as she was finished she came over to assist me. She asked who I was shopping for and immediately started making recommendations all the while asking questions to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted even thought I didn't know what that was. I know great service when I see it and I was AMAZED!

Mic Mac Mall, NS: I have been looking for the old type of charms for a charm bracelet for months. I have been to four different countries and still could not find any. All the sales people at every store said they were impossible to get anymore. With a glimmer of hope I stopped at Ben Moss in Mic Mac Mall and the sales associate said "absolutely!" and showed me a book of charms. She patiently sat with me while I looked at them and looked up whatever information I needed. I ordered two inexpensive ones, as the price of gold is crazy, but she was very helpful and kept me within my budget. I will definitely go back, and so will my father, for more charms for my mom.

Orchard Park Shopping Centre, BC: After repeatedly receiving exceptional service from this particular Ben Moss store I truly wanted to share our postive experience and give recognition to those who went above and beyond to help my husband and I make the right decision. It started on our 16th anniversary last year when we decided to upgrade my wedding set. The manager went above and beyond helping us find the perfect ring and continued to do so throughout the soldering and sizing process. We have been in a few times over the past month or so looking for new bands to go with the engagement ring. We looked at other stores as well but decided to stay loyal to Ben Moss due to the AMAZING service and staff. Always being greeted with a friendly smile and taking the time to meet our needs and doing so without any judgement or pressure to buy has earned our ongoing respect. We will continue to purchase at Ben Moss and the staff there are VERY good at their jobs.

Mic Mac Mall, NS: I bought my husband's first ring at Ben Moss 5 years ago and we absolutely love all of their jewellery because it is unique. I find their designs different than what I see in other jewellery stores and the prices are great! The staff are always very good at what they do and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. I sometimes look at other jewellery stores but I don't seem to like their designs as much as the Ben Moss jewellery. Their lifetime warranty is worth every single penny! We always buy it for any rings and bracelets too! Thank you again to the staff at Mic Mac Mall!

While my wife was finalizing the purchase of our granddaughter's ring, the sales associate gave me a card with the information on the ring my wife liked. Six months later I called and went to buy the ring. I thought that was very thoughtful of the salesperson. In summary, very friendly staff!!

Parkland Mall, AB: I would like to thank the staff at your store in Red Deer. My husband and I purchased my wedding set and had issues with the setting right from the start. The manager did everything and anything to fix this for us. The final result was us purchasing another ring for the diamond stone and placing it in my bands. The manager was always in contact with me so I knew what was going on. Not once did I have to get angry or feel like I was an inconvenience. When I picked up my ring for the final time I also received a Christmas card signed from all the staff and some candles. We are very satisfied with the end result. Amazing customer service! Woodgrove Centre, BC: The help we have received on several occasions by the sales associate has been above and beyond the call of service. The moment we stepped into Ben Moss we became very excited about not only the quality of the rings but the hospitality of the store and it's appearance. The sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help, and then spent the next hour explaining diamonds and wedding bands to us. He was remarkable! As someone who has been in a service related industry for the better part of a decade, I can say the sales associate's customer service was second to none. He was always in touch with us and even went into work on his day off to make sure our wedding bands were sized, as he knew our wedding was just days away! I have recommended Ben Moss to everyone I know. We couldn't have picked a better place to buy our rings and we are both very glad that we walked into Ben Moss.
