Mic Mac Mall, Dartmouth: More than excellent customer service...especially two of the sales associates. They completely understand the meaning of "exceptional customer service." Both of these ladies gave just a little extra TLC...which to me, is HUGE!
When my son returned to pick up my gift, & brought it home for me to see, I was completely impressed, & and then some! I have already recommended this specific BEN MOSS location & these two ladies to all my friends on FACEBOOK! Nowadays, it is so difficult to receive ANY kind of service, let alone "truly remarkable" service, so I feel it is important to give credit where credit is due. Not only did they get a very satisfied customer, they just gained a RETURNING one!

Richmond Centre, Richmond: The sales associate at the Richmond Centre location was a revelation of customer service. She was extremely helpful with every aspect of making a ring into the perfect gift over several visits. While never losing her smile, she secured the best prices for me and ensured that the costs of the alterations were minimal when she could not negate them altogether! I will be returning to Ben Moss Richmond Centre for all my jewellery needs.

Online Store: I was having a hard time online and tried to put an order in and couldn't do it. I called the online number and your employee was probably the best and most helpful that I have EVER EVER encountered. She stayed with me (even after hours), walked through steps, stayed on the line, shared some of her experiences with me so that I didn't feel stupid for not getting it right. SHE WAS AMAZING. I can imagine why you have such a great store with employees such as her.

Sherway Garden Mall, Etobicoke: After having a terrible experience at another national jewellery store, we went to Ben Moss. The sales associate greeted us and not only made us feel welcome and special, but beat the price the other store had offered us. I am in the catering industry and customer service is everything. We will now buy all our jewellery from Ben Moss as because of our recent experience. I'll be back to buy a gold chain for my pearls. We won't shop anywhere else now!

Scarborough Town Centre, Scarborough: I just wanted to say that the staff at your Scarborough Town Centre store were so helpful and friendly. I had been looking for a gift for my mother, and had been to a few jewellery stores in the mall earlier. One was extremely pushy, and I wasn't finding what I was looking for. I don't usually give customer feedback, but the service was honestly so good that it prompted me to write this! Thank you.

Sunridge Mall, Calgary: I was out looking for a simple white metal chain to replace a broken one of my girlfriend's. After showing me a couple I liked I went to compare what I had seen to the several other stores in the mall. After shopping around no one could beat the price that Ben Moss offered. The sales associate made the whole shopping experience a breeze and made me wonder why I even spent the time to walk around the rest of the mall. The chain looks beautiful around my girl's neck and I have you to thank.

West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton: My fiance and I have been searching for engagement rings. I had my heart set on an amethyst. We went to West Edmonton Mall to get a good selection of jewellery stores. The first store we went into the sales lady tried to sway me from what I wanted and kept trying to sell me a diamond. She told me that an amethyst is very soft, and when I insisted she pushed farther to get us to buy a diamond. So we thanked her and left. We then walked into your store. The sales associate was A-MAZ-ING. She took us to exactly what we wanted. She never tried to sway me, and she told me that the amethyst would do fine in an engagement setting. She happened to be wearing 2 amethyst rings also. We bought my ring and a wedding band for my fiance. Again, she was so great, and nice. I really appreciate someone caring about what we were looking for and not about their commission on what we were buying. We will definately be back. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Sunridge Mall, Calgary: The people on the floor are always so helpful and knowledgable. They make me feel comfortable and valued, they don't make me feel like the product is too good for me to ask questions and get their opinion about. I find it a very pleasant experience shopping at Ben Moss and I feel like I can bounce ideas or questions off them, about certain products, comfortably.
The designs are always different enough from other chains that Ben Moss sticks out in my mind. I feel the prices are fair for the product and the quality is superior to other, more expensive, chains.

Polo Park Shopping Centre, Winnipeg: I have been in to the Ben Moss in Polo Park several times in the past 2 months, as my fiance and I have been looking for his wedding band and my jewellery for our upcoming wedding. I have been helped by several different employees, each one has provided excellent customer service. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and I haven't felt rushed or pressured. I have been so happy with the service I have recieved that I plan to keep going to the Polo Park location even though it is farther away than other Ben Moss stores.

Southcentre Mall, Calgary: I love going to Ben Moss. Every time I'm in there, they welcome me with a warm smile. They give me the best advice and take their time to show me everything. Most importantly, I feel very confident about my purchases because they take the time to explain it all to me and answer my questions. My first shopping exprience was in November 2009. I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend. I tried going to other places to find better prices or service and I couldn't, so I came back to Ben Moss and bought it. Ever since that day, I always go to Ben Moss in Southcentre to buy jewellery.

Online Store: The service was great. I received my order in two days. It was everything I had imagined and the size was perfect. I've been to other stores in my city where the people that work there are rude and the shopping experience becomes nerve racking but thank god for Ben Moss where the employees care and are there to help. I won't go to any other store but Ben Moss EVER!!

Metropolis at Metrotown, Burnaby: I lost my engagement ring, a Canadian Diamond solitaire purchased from Ben Moss. I also lost two wedding bands, unfortunately, not purchased at Ben Moss. The sales associate helped my husband and I find a very welcome replacement, another Canadian, Northern Spirit diamond engagement ring. We will be purchasing my wedding bands from Ben Moss, this time, as well. The customer service was second to none.

Orchard Park Shopping Center, Kelowna: The manager helped me choose the right ring for me. She was very helpful and made me feel not rushed to buy just any ring. She even helped me by putting the ring I chose aside for pickup.

St. Vital Centre, Winnipeg: Fantastic! I had gone into another jewellery store previous to Ben Moss and had been completely ignored. I thought this was due to the fact that I was 18 years old and looked young. I walked into Ben Moss and every sales associate was busy with a customer One lady who was just finishing her transaction with a gentleman looked at me, smiled, and said "Sorry for the wait, dear. I'll be with you in just a second." Ben Moss was the only place that treated me like a customer. It was at that moment I knew that if I ever needed jewellery I would buy it from Ben Moss. It is the only place I have bought jewellery from since!

Sherway Garden Mall, Etobicoke: Many thanks to the staff for mending my mother's 1947 rhinestone necklace. From now on, I certainly will go to Ben Moss for all of my jewellery needs. Time for customers and caring for customers doesn't exist in most places but it exists at Ben Moss.
