Upper Canada Mall: The service was amazing. After I had bought my ring I noticed one of the small diamonds was missing. I brought it back and the saleswoman exchanged the ring with another without any hassle. It was a very pleasant experience shopping at Ben Moss.

Orchard Park Mall: We looked through many jewellery stores in the Mall and found that Ben Moss was perfect for us. We really liked that they diplayed the prices instead of hiding them. We especially like our consultant. She was fun and very knowledgeable. She made buying the ring a special and fun moment. I will definitely be going back to that location (which is fours hours from my home town) to purchase our wedding rings.

St. Laurent Mall: I had visited several jewellery stores looking for a 3 stone diamond ring to commemorate an occasion. Finally went to the Ben Moss store at St. Laurent (which had been recommended by my daughter-in-law). Found exactly what I had in mind, at a much better price than elsewhere.

Kildonan Place: Outstanding service. They made us feel like we were valued customers. My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas at a different Ben Moss location. The stone fell out which I wondered about because of the delicate setting. We went to the KP Ben Moss and they replaced it immediately with the same ring which we were surprised they had. The same thing happened and they let me pick a different ring which I was thrilled about. We will NEVER buy anywhere else. Absolutely outstanding service and I have passed my experience on to many people already. I LOVE Ben Moss. I honestly think you have the most beautiful selection of items and I always look at your selection when I pass by the store.

Upper Canada Mall: I always enjoy visiting the store in Upper Canada Mall to view my dream Diamond. On Dec. 20 I purchased the 1 carat solitaire diamond. The sales staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. My Sales Lady Maria was tops as she showed me many different diamonds and educated me. She had so much patience with my many questions and comparisons to other diamonds. Your policies are also exciting knowing I can always upgrade it to a larger diamond. I feel very comfortable to drop by anytime to look at diamonds and ask questions even if I am not buying that day.

Woodgrove Shopping Centre: Your sales associate, Kelly, is a true face of customer service and integrity. Before going to Ben Moss, I visited 4 other jewellers but what made me buy from Ben Moss was Kelly's service. She made my budget and many inquiries turn out to be not as bad as I had felt it was at other stores. She understood what my needs were, and what my husband's wants were so that she would be able to find me the perfect Christmas gift. She provided me with a lot more information than any other associate at other jewellers I had asked, and in the end made it easy to choose my husband's ring. A kind and very professional sales associate who I will go to with all my jewellery needs from now on.

Cataraqui Town Centre: The store had a large and beautiful selection of Canadian diamonds, which was very important to my fiance and I. All the rings seemed so beautiful it was hard to choose just one. The ladies working at the Cat centre are fantastic! I am so happy with my ring :)

Scarborough Town Center: My fiancee just bought me an engagement ring, and after only having it for about a month the centre diamond fell out. I was devasted. We were helped by the manager who was very kind and helpful. In the end he got my ring replaced and we were very happy. His customer service skills are commendable. I am also a manager at a big retailer and I couldn't ask for more in the service I received.

Champlain Place: Styles are amazing...unique and traditional available. The prices range for every occasion. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't go anywhere else. Very unique, I love it! I'm not a traditional girl, and like to choose from a variety of options.

McAllister Mall: It was the second easiest shopping trip in a jewellery store. The first was a few months ago in the same store. Both stories are the same. I walk in ... right away asked if I needed any help (very politely) ... told the sales associate exactly what I wanted and how much I had to spend. Took me right over to what I wanted and that was it. I will deffinately suggest to all my male friends to go to Ben Moss because they make it too easy to shop for jewellery.

White Oaks Mall: Ben Moss Jewellers in the White Oaks Mall is itself a gem. The staff are exceptional in their knowledge, courtesy, and respect for their customers. My wife and I have purchased a number of gifts and my wife has had jewellery redesigned. Jewellery repairs are also done exceptionally well and at a reasonable cost.

Fairview Mall, GTA: WOW! Just wanted to compliment you and your store on honesty and integrity! I visited the store a few months ago to have a battery replaced in my dress watch as it had stopped working. After looking at the watch he told me that the battery wasn't properly "seated", had a full charge, and all that he did was install it properly. NO CHARGE!!! What a pleasant surprise. By the way the watch is keeping perfect time.

Champlain Place: I've been shopping at Ben Moss ever since it opened at Champlain Place. In the past year, I have gone several times and I have to say that I have fun with Bob and Ellen everytime I go in. They are friendly, helpful and call me by my name.
