Orchard Park Shopping Centre: We had a great experience shopping for engagement rings in your Kelowna store. The associate was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us all about cut, colour and clarity of the diamonds. We felt like she truly wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

Online Store: The online service is excellent. As soon as you purchase your item they ship it out and you have it within a couple of days. The only thing that Ben Moss could improve on is the selection online. A++++++

Customer Service: I live in Jamaica and only have access to the internet once in a while. I recently received my Grandfather's ring and since I will be married this coming July I needed to find a jewellery store in Ottawa, that would accommodate me with sizing of this ring at a good price. I was in contact with MANY stores. Some replied, some didn't, some said they can help but would be too much money, others said they couldn't guarantee it be done in two weeks. There were two stores that did guarantee a good time frame and a good price. I have decided to go with Ben Moss due to your excellent online customer service. The customer service representative was very prompt, friendly, helpful and tended to my needs right away! She not only helped me, but was very kind and considerate. She was so prompt in answering all my questions via email. She even called the store in Carlingwood Shopping Center to speak with someone there to find out if they could guarantee it could be done in time.

Online Store: Kudos to Ben Moss for offering online shopping unlike their competitors. I not only found the perfect earrings for my Mom, but searched around and found a coupon code for additional savings! With the additional savings I upgraded the diamond size in the earrings I had selected. And the free Expresspost doesn't hurt either. Good Job!! Nice selection. Unique ideas. Fair prices. I previously purchased the Dream Catcher pendant and absolutely love it!

Willowbrook Shopping Centre: The sales associate was so helpful and friendly. Not at all intimidating like some jewellery stores can be. She wrote down all the choices we figured out together and made my husband's shopping experience very easy! I had a wonderful 40th birthday gift!

Orchard Park Shopping Centre: My fiance and I were looking for our wedding rings and as most people can imagine this was something that we wanted to be a fantastic experience. After looking through store after store, we finally found what we were looking for at Ben Moss. Not only were the prices fair, the ladies were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take the time to find exactly what we wanted. Throughout the whole experience of finding, purchasing and eventually picking up the product, we were treated like honored guests. Thank you Ben Moss - I am sure you will see us in the future.

Online Store: I was shopping online. Everything was smooth sailing until it came time to pay and the transaction would not go through. I called your company to find out the root of the problem and to my surprise, I was put through to an actual person immediately, rather than listening to a slew of company advertisements while waiting for someone to pick up the phone. She was refreshingly pleasant and very personable. It turns out that the problem was with my bank, who refused to take credit for it, and every time I called back to Ben Moss, I asked for her by name and she was there, ready to calm me down and go through my information once again to make sure it was correct. Out of the 4 or 5 times I called, all within a 4 hour time span, might I add, not once was she short with me for having the same problem over and over. In fact, if anything, she became more compassionate with every call. In brief, I have never had better customer service.

Southcentre Mall: The service I had at this Ben Moss location was outstanding. The lady was so helpful and suggestive and worked with me on what I needed. After visiting several other jewellers I would have to say Ben Moss in Southcentre Mall has my business! I was shopping for a wedding band that would work with my unique style of engagement ring. Other jewellers told me things such as "good luck with that". Not this sales lady! She was so helpful.

The Centre: We were ring shopping and were impressed with the saleswoman that helped us. She was helpful, but she wasn't pushy like the salespeople we encountered at other stores. She let us take our time and answered our questions.

Southcentre Mall: I was in the store looking through engagement rings. I have done a lot of shopping around and to date, the sales associate was THE most pleasant and helpful person I have dealt with through the whole process. She helped me narrow down my choices, showed me a wide variety of rings that were similar to the style I was looking for. She even went into great detail about an upcoming designer event that Ben Moss was having when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Despite the fact that I did end up purchasing my engagement ring elsewhere, the service I received will ensure that Ben Moss will always be in consideration for future jewellery purchases.
